Whilst we really enjoy preparing remix packages for your delight & delectation here at Selador, even go as far as to say we get our kicks out of it, occasionally a collection of tracks comes along from a producer where we believe the spotlight should be focused solely on them.

We did it with Cristoph recently and Melokolektiv & Seff before him but now it’s a young Welshman by the name of Jody Barr that becomes part of that narrative.

We consider it our privilege to give Jody the platform from which to blossom and he debuts with 3 accomplished pieces that you’d assume to be the work of a more established producer.

From the raw Tech alpha male swagger of ‘Popes & Wizards’ through the rolling, stabby, classic dance floor destroyer that is ‘Heavy Fate’ to the dirty, tour de force Techno of ‘Pill Box Theatre’, Jody is a talent beyond his years and in our humble opinion, a future star. We think you’ll agree.
