Audio Therapy

Fady Ferraye Packshot
And now the end is near, as we face the final curtain, Mr Fady Ferraye delivers a swansong of epic proportions with a supporting cast to die for. ‘If You Don’t Come To Democracy, Democracy Will Come To You’ comes in four equally scrumptious flavours starting with the excellent original and followed by remixes from Dimitri Andreas, Kiko & Andre Sobota. A phenomenal package from some amazing names making some great music at the minute and we can guarantee there will be a mix for you no matter what your musical persuasion.

And that my friends is that. It’s been emotional. Thank you for all your support over the years, it has been very much appreciated. We’re taking a sabbatical in the Himalayas. See you on the other side.

Quetzal packshotAs the end draws nigh, Timo Garcia & Gus One are the latest dynamic duo to come over to the dark side and flex their muscles on the Audio Therapy roster. ‘Quetzal’ is a cover of the Underground Resistance classic by Los Hermanos. A huge slice of melodic techno that is sure emote, delight and inspire in equal measures. Additionally, the pair have thrown in the throbbing Soul to Soul inspired ‘Sold Your Soul’ for good measure. How very thoughtful. Yes, Christmas has come early my friends! Enjoy x

Timothy Allan PackshotOriginally from Canada but now residing in beautiful Melbourne Australia, producer Timothy Allan has been popping up on our radar quite a bit recently with his acclaimed remixes of Empire Of The Sun, Seaman & Funkagenda and Dirty South. So much so, we decided it was high time we invited him to hop aboard our merry bus of acid house revelry and join the Therapy fold. He duly obliged and above and beyond the call of duty, he has done us proud with a couple of storming cuts that have been two of our very own Dave Seaman’s secret weapons in recent weeks. ‘Pony Up’ is a genre straddling peak timer driven by an hypnotic percussive riff and featuring a couple of explosive drops whilst ‘Bring It Back’ is a barnstorming slice of main room tech house that weaves it’s way to yet another dancefloor destroying payoff. Seriously guys, these are not to be missed. Our casa es su casa! ;-)

For further evidence, check out this little vid of Mr Seaman playing Pony Up in Mexico recently…

Of course we love all of our releases here at Audio Therapy but occasionally a track comes along that we feel is that little bit extra special. Step forward Jemmy & Aztec and their debut offering ‘Annexe’. Aptly named after the legendary room at Cream in Liverpool where Jemmy is a resident, this gently soaring, beautiful melodic anthem has already featured in the sets of Sasha, John Digweed, Eric Prydz and Danny Howells as well as making it onto our very own Dave Seaman’s latest Global Underground compilation. And as if all that wasn’t endorsement enough, we also proud to have the one and only Yousef delivering big time on remix duties and making the whole thing a distinctly Liverpudlian family affair. Still need a little more persuasion of it’s credentials? Check this video of Mr Howells playing it in Buenos Aires. That should do it! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iox2wEUhlMg&feature=related

Hailing from Tel Aviv, the Rave Brothers, Daniel & Joe (aka Audio Junkies) have been making some mighty fine music over the last few years that have made all of us here at Audio Therapy stand up and take notice. Last years collaboration with their fellow Israeli Sahar Z, the sublime ‘Beyond Detroit’, caught Dave Seaman’s ear so much that he included it on his last Renaissance Masters Series CD. This year however they’ve gone one better and have secured not one but two tracks on Dave’s new compilation (this time for Global Underground) and so we thought the least we could do would be to share them with you. So without further ado, may we present ‘Chabad’ and it’s close relation ‘Deeper’. Two beautiful slices of deep house with a techie twist that we defy you not fall instantly head over heals in love with or least brazenly lust after. Depends on your persuasion really. But we won’t go into that! Enjoy

wonder pack shotJarek Bobowik & Tomasz Wnuk (aka Fusion F & Come T) have been causing quite a stir on the electronic dance scene in the last year with their distinctive brand of uplifting melodic progressive house. Already household names in their native Poland where Jarek has been responsible for some of the country’s most legendary club nights, they’ve been flexing the production muscle recently with releases and remixes for the likes of Simon Shaker, Trafik, Mashtronic, Baroque and Global Underground. Their debut outing for Audio Therapy ‘Wonder’ has been a firm favourite in the sets of our very own Dave Seaman over the last couple of months. So much so that he has included it on his new Global Underground compilation GU#39 Lithuania. And with the equally impressive ‘Green Housing Estate’ also added further weight to the package we hope you’ll find our latest release as pleasurable as we do. Come and get your fix boys and girls.

One of Therapy’s fastest rising stars Amin Golestan together with his mysterious sidekick Xaver, are all primed and ready to once again take centre stage on your caring sharing label of love, Audio Therapy. Amin’s previous releases for us have been some of our biggest of the last 12 months with both ‘Dagobert’ and ‘Deadpool’ winning hearts and minds and also doing big business in all the Techno charts that matter. This latest offering ‘Let’s Do It Again’ is an offer too good to refuse.¬†

Along with the excellent original which is full on from the start we also have remixes from man of the moment Mihalis Safras who has turned out a groove based techno mix along with Socio Robots who have taken it a little deeper with a housier edge.

The Machine packshotHere at Therapy HQ we’re pretty excited at some of the fantastic music we have lined up between now and the end of the year.

First out of the blocks is a lean, mean, fighting machine of an E.P from James Doman & Pete Gooding, but you can call them… The Machine.

The talented production duo of Pete Gooding and James Doman were responsible for the hit “Runnin’” along with various remixes over the past few months and have releases lined up on Stereo Productions, CR2 and Steve Angello’s Size label. Alongside the two original tracks we also have remixes from our favourite Spaniard, Wally Lopez  and also the rising talents of Ireland’s Reuben Keeney who has just had his own critically acclaimed release with us called ‘Futuro’ and next up has a forthcoming single on Toolroom.

Go forth and enjoy people :-)

After signing his “Guitar” track with us late last year for our “This Is Audio Therapy 2010″ release which gained support from Sasha and John Digweed featuring in both their Warehouse Project sets along with their NYE parties, we were quick off the mark to pick up his latest offering in the form of the excellent “Futuro”.

With releases on the likes of Steve Mac’s Smack label and remixes for the likes of GU Music, Nervous and CR2, Reuben Keeney is emerging as a rising talent amongst the EDM scene and with a forthcoming release on Toolroom he certainly looks like a name to watch. Along with the original we also have remixes from Matt Lange and Android Cartel who add to an already great package.
