After the success of their “Dagobert” release with us last year and their stunning remix of Dave Seaman’s “Gobbledygook”, Marco G & Amin Golestan make a most welcome return to the Therapy fold with “Deadpool”. It’s been a great start to the year for the guys with the release of their “Sanctuary” track with an excellent Muzzaik Remix on Wazzup? Records along with Amin being voted number 1 in the DJ Magazine Middle East DJ Top 50 Awards.
So then along with the excellent original we also have some rather amazing remixes. First up is a remix from Pirupa & Pigi who unless you have been on Mars since the start of the new year have been rooted at the top of the Beatport Chart with their tech house fueled “Sweet Devil” for the past month and longer. Also on the bill is another production duo iO & Sender who have turned out a great groovy house fused remix. Finally we have a remix from fellow Dubai DJ Raxon who toughens up the beats creating a great percussive tech house workout.
A fantastic package in all. Enjoy x
If you had to put together an Australian supergroup of electronic artists chances are Anthony Pappa, Danny Bonnici and Phil K would be high on your list. Well, no need to worry yourselves, we’ve done it for you.
The collaboration came about when Anthony Pappa was putting his Moments Volume 2 compilation together and the track featured as an exclusive on the album. Now with remixes from Nomad In The Dark and Andy Newland & Oscitone, “Blending With The Ether” is looming large in clubland with support coming thick and fast from some of the world’s most discerning disc selectors.
Get your chops around this little monster…

Long time Therapy cohort ‘Dubfunk’ is back on the label and back with some vengeance at that. After his previous releases, ‘ Mandala’ & ‘ Eternal Rhapsody ‘, is now really spoiling us with a 4 track (Yes, four!, count’em) EP brimming with confidence and quality.

Nick Muir returns to the Audio Therapy fold after the success of his “G Platz” and “Tenko” releases with his latest offering, “Fu Man Chew”. 2009 has been a busy year for Nick releasing new tracks with long time partner John Digweed in the form of “Tangent” and “Aquatonic” alongside remixes for Timo Maas and Christian Smith & John Selway.
On the remix tip we are very proud to include the prodigious talents of Egostereo and Wiretappeur. The Italian duo of Egostereo have emerged as one of the hottest talents in the progressive/techno genre in 2009 and what a fantastic job they have done again here bringing that signature sound perfectly into play. Wiretappeur meanwhile is the alias for the trio of Florian Kruse, Nils Nurnberg and Stel who have had 2 critically acclaimed releases on Fresh Meat and continue their rich vein of form here with a beautiful deep house monster full of luscious chords and deep grooves.
It’s another carefully and lovingly constructed package from your friends at Audio Therapy catering for all your electronic house needs. You’re welcome.

I’m very pleased to announce that the track I recorded earlier this year with the very talented Andy Chatterley entitled ‘K Conundrum’ is finally about to see the light of day on Audio Therapy on Nov 9th.
Already played by he likes of Pete Tong, Eric Prydz and John Digweed, the original version is now complemented by a fantastic remix by the exciting new production talent from Australia, Fiord.
Yet another big room tune from your friends at Audio Therapy. Enjoy!
Dave
With releases on the likes of Brique Rouge, Underwater, Lot 49 and CR2, it’s no surprise that Jamie McHugh’s productions are getting some major attention from an array of DJ’s. His music is hitting a huge cross section of people from Laurent Garnier to Sasha and has seen him remixing the likes of Josh Wink and Tom Pooks as well as collaborating with Darren Emerson.
The original mix of ‘Wrong’ is centred around a big fat full on rolling bassline that drives the track from start to finish with a really swung and groovy feel to it. On the remix front we have 4 excellent remixes, Harvey McKay of Soma Records fame uses the bass sound to its full potential creating a darker and more twisted version. Jesus Gonsev adds some luscious pad sounds to his remix which takes us on an all round deeper trip sounding like something Underworld would have done back in the day. The remix from Kink is a much more percussive influenced mix giving off a much techier vibe than the other mixes. Last and by no means least is the remix from Faceless which is on a much housier tip again with added depth from some nice string stabs with lots of fills and drops that should work well on the floor.
Another quality package with a version for everyone. We hope you enjoy.

As far as collaborations go Marco G and Amin Golestan dont half make it hard on themselves, with a distance of over 6,500 miles between their respective homes of Montreal and Dubai it must be considered quite an accomplishment to write a track together. But this is exactly what they have done. The pair spent weeks passing the parts backwards and forwards before ‘Dagobert’ was born. Just goes to show what can be achieved when you set your mind on something. It’s not the first time they’ve accomplished this either. With remixes for the likes of Toolroom, Little Mountain and more recently Dave Seaman, the pair have been consistently delivering quality productions that have gained them lots of favourable support and attention. Seems like they’re onto something.
The original mix is an absolute stormer that just rocks from start to finish, but we are also very happy to have a further 3 stunning remixes on board as well. First up are Spektre who have been consistently been turning out great productions and remixes for the likes of Fever Ray, Great Stuff, 303 Lovers and Craft to name but a few and once again they deliver here with an amazing remix. Next up is the talented Brazilian producer Wehbba who has done some amazing releases of late on Blu Fin and 82 Recordings. He adds his own techno infused edge to the track. Finally we have another South American producer in the form of Colombian Alex Young who has had releases on the likes of Tribal Vision, Noir Music and Spin Out. Alex strips his remix right down with a more minimal tech house vibe.
And Eminem said nobody listens to techno. It must have been all the drugs he was doing!

Ali Zaree returns to the Audio Therapy release schedule under his Erphun alias with yet another cracking slice of organic techno in the form of ‘Pesadilla Hermosa’. After the success of his last release with us, ‘2wo Butterflies’ which has just been recently updated by Quivver and with forthcoming releases on Herzblut, Viva Music and Bedrock, Erphun is certainly a name to keep an eye on.
Alongside the excellent original we have not 1, but 2 remixes from Cocoon superstars Pig & Dan, who blew us away with their remix of Nick Muir’s ‘G Platz’ for us last year and their amazing ‘The Heat EP’ on Yoshitoshi. Also on the package is a remix from Fiord whose productions and remixes have been impressing us a lot recently here at Therapy HQ as well as the final remixer on the package which comes from the upcoming talent of Dibby Dougherty.
So there we have it! A package of 5 very different mixes and if one of them doesn’t float your boat there has to be something wrong with you. Anyway we love it, so there!

To celebrate their tenth year in the business and with over 100 releases now firmly under their belt, Audio Therapy thought it high time they celebrated the story so far. This Is Audio Therapy Volume 2 is a collection of some of their finest works all of which have been deftly remixed by some of today’s finest production talent.
Spread across two discs which contain exclusive full length reworks of classic Audio Therapy tracks from Infusion’s ‘Legacy’ , Habersham’s ‘Dryspell’ and Nick Muir’s ‘G Platz’, Disc 1 is expertly mixed by label head honcho Dave Seaman where as Disc 2 is a bonus unmixed version with the tracks in their entirety. This release sets out to showcase the wealth and talent of the label’s esteemed catalogue all of which have been diligently and painstakingly updated by the likes of Robert Babicz, Pig & Dan, Quivver, Charlie May, Gusgus, Glenn Morrison, Funkagenda, Guy J, Eelke Kleijn, Simon & Shaker to name but a few.
The tracklisting over both CD’s is second to none and is bolstered even further by the addition of 2 totally exclusive tracks from Dave Seaman himself, one of which is a collaboration with legendary producer Josh Gabriel and the other being an unreleased remix of his own much lauded single ‘Gobbledygook’.
Dave Seaman commented, “ We’ve breathed new life into a catalogue we’re very proud of and can only hope that the listening experience matches the enjoyment we had putting the whole project together. It’s been one helluva ride. Here’s to the next ten years. Acid house is dead, long live acid house. “
Along with the double CD release, there will also be a full digital release in bundle and single format as well as a Limited Edition Vinyl run with some of the releases highlights.
